By accessing or using Flyxar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Flyxar is an aviation data analytics platform. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all data you upload and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@flyxar.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Flyxar offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.

4. Trial Period

New accounts receive a -day free trial with full Max-level access. After the trial expires, gated features are restricted until a paid subscription is activated. No credit card is required during the trial.

5. Intellectual Property

Flyxar and all associated software, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Flyxar. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Flyxar. We process your data solely to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on analysis produced by the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
