Files and datasets you upload to Flyxar are processed in your browser session. We do not permanently store your raw data files on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Flyxar does not store or process payment card information. Paddle's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Storage

Account data is stored in Supabase on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU region). We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at support@flyxar.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

8. Third-Party Services

Flyxar uses: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Paddle (payments), and Anthropic (AI features).
