30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription within the first 30 days of your first payment, contact us at support@flyxar.com and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Free Trial
The -day free trial requires no payment. No refund is applicable to the trial period as no charge is made.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@flyxar.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
